Yesterday I had my second Wave Nouveau Perm. three months ago I had my first. The best decision I made was to stop relaxing my hair last year. I grew out my hair for a while then I did the big chop when my regrowth was 1 and 1/2 inches long. I was not confident to go to work with a small afro so I plait my hair and wore a wig. Earlier this year I stumbled onto a video of a woman with a Wave Nouveau Perm. This inspired me to do the same. Here is the video that I saw:
